This is our involvement during the repair process to ensure strict compliance with repair specifications and approval of contractor claims for payments, based on acceptable execution of the works relative to both the contract and the claim in question.
It is a comprehensive building condition report outlining all areas of potential problems, time line and cost estimate. This can be used to better evaluate and advance any future funds required for repairs.
